Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are sent first class and are expected within 5-10 business days but most people get them in 2-4.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number, if after 5 days you haven't received your item give us a shout at contact@fightdivision.co.uk and we'll make this right for you.

All of our items are tracked so we'll either chase this down for you or get a new item to you

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Fight Division is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after.

Shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If anything turns up damaged in transit please let us know and we'll make this right for you.
